You're searching Settings No dice I have a workaround, change from everywhere to settings, maybe one day it will just magically work!
Are you in a domain environment, and if so are there any lock downs or policies that get in the way? Are you a local administrator on the device it shouldn't matter but its an option. Hey, this sounds odd but it apparently worked for someone on stackoverflow.
