We apologize for any inconvenience. Scripps HealthExpress walk-in clinic in Vista provides care for minor illnesses and injuries, as well as select vaccinations. Designed to care for those 5 and older, the clinic is available in the early mornings, during business hours, in the evenings and on weekends. Parking is free. Scripps HealthExpress accepts most health insurance plans, and your visit is billed as a primary care office visit excluding sports physicals.

If you are paying out-of-pocket or making a co-pay, we accept credit cards, cash and checks. Sports and camp physicals are for clearance purposes only and are not comprehensive, annual preventive well visits.

Please visit your primary care provider for your annual physical and well visit. Scripps HealthExpress provides convenient same-day care, with in-person and telemedicine visits. To accomplish this, each child is treated with love, encouragement, acceptance, and respect for his or her individuality.
